What Does It Taste Like?

This is an incredibly relaxing tea. Fruity, deep and mysterious. A full-bodied, deep flavour lends this tea an almost creamy palate.

Slightly piquant, but overall a fruity flavour. This tea is the epitome of a Summer drink - and it tastes just like a Summer harvest.

What Does It Smell Like?

A deep and potent aroma, somewhat earthy, but natural and fruity too.

We were asked about a harvest for the world, or a trip to Scarborough fair. Well, the harvest has come, and the waft of the fair is amongst us.

Caffeine Level

White Tea ranks around 3/10 for caffeine content. It's not entirely caffeine-free - White Tea is the purest of all the tea leaves and doesn't go through any 'processing' that leads to chemical reactions which produce the high levels of caffeine in other teas.

What is White Tea?

White tea comes from the same plant as Black Tea, Green Tea and Oolong Tea. For white tea, the leaves are plucked and allowed to wilt in sunlight, but they're prevented from oxidising. This means they require the least processing of all the true teas.
